  • SINO-CEE Fund is the first fund raised and managed by SINO-CEEF Capital, and is regarded as China's first non-sovereign regional cooperation fund，which is considered an Alternative Investment Fund ("AIF") under the definition in the Directive ( the Directive 2011/61/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 8 June 2011 on Alternative Investment Fund Managers ) and managed by Alternative Investment Fund Manager ("AIFM").

Chairman Jiang Jianqing attended the 6th Leader’s Meeting China and Central and Eastern European Countries in Budapest, Hungary, and signed the subscription agreement by Hungarian Export-Import Bank to SINO-CEE Fund with Urban Zoltan. Hungarian Export-Import Bank signed the subscription agreement on behalf of the Hungarian government.

SINO-CEEF Capital Equity Management (Shanghai) Company Limited was established.

SINO-CEE Fund completed its Initial Close.

November 5
As the initiator and main Limited Partner of SINO-CEE Fund, SINO-CEEF Holding Company Limited was formally inaugurated during the 5th Summit of Leaders from China and Central and Eastern European Countries.
