CHEN Siqing
Chairman
- Mr. Chen Siqing has served as Chairman of SINO-CEEF Holding Company Limited and SINO-CEEF Capital Management Company Ltd since Dec 2020.
- Mr. Chen has more than 30 years of banking experience. He served as Chairman and Executive Directior of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited since May 2019. He held various positions in Bank of China, including Chairman and Executive Directior, Chairman of the Board of Directors of BOC Aviation Limited, and Non-executive Director, Vice Chairman and Chairman of the Board of Directors of BOC Hong Kong (Holdings) Limited.
- Mr. Chen graduated from Hubei Institute of Finance and Economics, and obtained a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Murdoch University, Australia later. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds the title of Senior Economist.
CHEN Fei
Vice Chairman & CEO
- Mr. CHEN Fei has served as Vice Chairman and CEO of SINO-CEEF Capital Management Company Ltd since 2021.
- Mr. CHEN Fei has more than 20 years of banking experience since joining ICBC in 1998. He has undertaken a number of management roles in China and Europe such as General Manager of ICBC Frankfurt Branch and Brussels Branch, and Head of Divisions within the International Banking Department in ICBC Head Office, responsible for financial institutions coverage, foreign exchange, and IT infrastructure.
- Mr CHEN Fei was the first-ever President of Chinese Chamber of Commerce in Germany (Die Chinesische Handelskammer in Deutschland e.V.).
- Mr. CHEN Fei holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Tsinghua University. He is a Senior Economist according to Chinese Economics Professional Qualification.
