On June 11, 2018, the Investment Forum and Publication Ceremony of Economic Research on Central and Eastern European Region were held in Hong Kong. More than 200 guests from  mainland China and abroad attended the forum, discussing how to further strengthen cooperation and friendship, to achieve win-win situation and development.

In witness of Chinese Premier Li Keqiang and Hungarian Prime Minister Orban Viktor, the Subscription Agreement was signed by Chairman Jiang Jianqing of SINO-CEE Fund and CEO Zoltan Urban of Hungarian Export-Import Bank Plc(Hungarian Eximbank) on November 28, 2017 in Budapest, Hungary. SINO-CEE Fund aims to raise a total of 10 billion euros, and Hungarian Eximbank will subscribe to 100 million euros on accumulative basis.

During the 5th Summit of Central and Eastern European Countries and China (“China-CEEC Cooperation” Summit) held in Riga on November 5th, Chinese Premier Li Keqiang announced formally the establishment of SINO-CEEF Holding Company Limited and of SINO-CEE Fund launched by the Company.
